Systems Credentials

You may provide us access to your WordPress website in the following methods.

You may provide us with an Administrator access to your WordPress website with the following info:

• Identifier: swpadmin
• Email: client@satellitewp.com
• Role: Administrator

You can also share your current Administrator access with us using the fields below. Please note that we will create an Administrator user account later.

To add SatelliteWP to your GoDaddy account:

Follow the procedure to «invite a user» to your GoDaddy account.

Use the email address : systeme@satellitewp.com

Provide us a minimal access to your Products and Domains.

Once all steps are completed, click on « Next ».

To add SatelliteWP to your Kinsta account:

Follow the procedure to «invite a user» to your Kinsta account.

Use the email address : systeme@satellitewp.com

Once all steps are completed, click on « Next ».

To add SatelliteWP to your SiteGround account:

Follow the procedure to «invite a collaborator» to your SiteGround account.

Use the email address : systeme@satellitewp.com

Make sure you’re choosing the Collaborator type in order for us to receive the proper credentials.

Once all steps are completed, click on « Next ».
